Our Fouder & CEO Joe Bastian, an Information Technology Veteran, who started his career as a Software Engineer in PCS Ltd. Mumbai in 1989 and who went on to take up corporate roles with MNCs as CISO & Head of IT Departments in India and Abroad. 

 
His leadership experience spans 30+ years in Information Technology, Software Application Design & Development,  SAP,  IT Risk Management, Systems Audits, ISO Certification Audits, Compliance. 

He spearheaded the digital transformation for large MNC in Doha; He won the CIO Award in 2018 in Qatar for his work on Digital Transformation at Galfar AlMisnad Engineering. 

In 2014, he set up a Global IT Support Center in Bangalore for a large Retail Co. in Kuwait (the World's largest Franchisee Retailer with 65000 staff, 4000 retail stores & $6.5 billion topline) and transformed it to a World Class support facility, providing Global IT Support to the global retail operations .

He has served in Kuwait for 7 years as the Head of Information Security for  MNCs.
